Paleo Diet and Skipping Breakfast – Is this possible?
The idea behind the caveman or Paleo diet is to eat almost exactly as our ancient ancestors ate. Clearly, there must have been times when food was not plentiful, so therefore eating in the morning regularly may have been difficult.
Skipping breakfast is something that is common among those who perform intermittent fasting. There may be variations of this dieting technique but it seems as the Paleo lifestyle and intermittent fasting are compatible.

However, just because something can be done with one diet and another does not really mean you should do that thing. There are many studies that show the benefits of eating a healthy breakfast and the evidence behind intermittent fasting is not all that great, that does not mean it is invalid but rather there just has not been enough studies to show if it is effective or not.
Ultimately you have to consider how you feel each day with any diet program. If you feel sluggish or are weak during your daily exercise, something clearly has to change. Why are you choosing to go with the Paleo lifestyle? Does it fit in with your Crossfit or exercise routine? Are you desiring to get lean and cut out some of your fat?
